FREE Home Outlet Safety Check

These terms explain what’s included, what’s not, and how this promotional safety check works. Please review before scheduling.

This is a limited promotional safety inspection. No repairs are required or implied.

1. What’s Included

Inspection of up to five (5) accessible outlets
Basic plug-in tester verification
Check for proper grounding (where visible/testable)
Verification of GFCI protection where required
Identification of visible heat damage or loose devices
Verbal explanation of findings and safety recommendations

2. What’s Not Included

Electrical repairs, replacements, or upgrades
Installation of GFCI or AFCI outlets
Opening walls, ceilings, or electrical panels
Whole-home electrical inspections
Permit work or code corrections

If hazards are found, optional repair pricing may be provided separately.

3. Eligibility & Limits

Owner-occupied residential properties only
One (1) voucher per household
Property must be within Killer Electric’s service area
Outlets must be safely and reasonably accessible
Limited weekly availability

4. Scheduling & Access

Appointments subject to availability
Missed or same-day canceled appointments may void the offer
An adult (18+) must be present during inspection

5. Inspection Disclaimer

This safety check is informational only and does not guarantee full system safety or code compliance. Hidden or concealed issues may exist beyond the scope of this inspection.

6. Liability Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Killer Electric’s liability related to this promotional inspection is limited to the value of the inspection, which is $0.

7. Changes & Termination

Killer Electric reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue this offer at any time, or refuse service if misuse or unsafe conditions are present.
